MUMBAI, India, July 7 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641077153 A) filed by Sharma, Dhananjay Kumar on June 22, 2026, for Hardware-Integrated Surveillance System For Capability-Aware Monitoring, Journey Intelligence And Forensic Evidence.

Inventor includes Sharma, Dhananjay Kumar.

The application for the patent was published on July 03, 2026, under issue no. 27/2026.

Abstract: HARDWARE-INTEGRATED SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM FOR CAPABILITY-AWARE MONITORING, JOURNEY INTELLIGENCE AND FORENSIC EVIDENCE A hardware-integrated surveillance system (100) and method are disclosed. The system (100) comprises camera or sensor devices (110), processors (120), a shared spine (130) including a site topology model (140) and a sensor capability map (150), an autonomous intelligence engine (200), a rule execution module (210), a journey intelligence engine (300), a forensic intelligence engine (400), and a secure forensic vault (500). The autonomous intelligence engine (200) converts a surveillance objective into a feature specification, validates achievability using the site topology model (140) and sensor capability map (150), and generates a feasibility envelope (160). Executable monitoring rules are deployed to selected devices. The journey intelligence engine (300) reconstructs topology-constrained journeys and generates journey records. The forensic intelligence engine (400) derives capture scopes, generates evidence packages, and creates provenance-linked integrity manifests. The secure forensic vault (500) provides encrypted storage, provenance-scoped access control, and hash-linked chain-of-custody management for evidentiary information.
