Abstract: “HARDWARE-EMBEDDED INTELLIGENT BATTERY MANAGEMENT AND AUTONOMOUS DEVICE WITH PREDICTIVE ELECTROCHEMICAL SENSING AND SECURE HEALTH CERTIFICATION” A hardware-embedded battery management and autonomous reconfiguration system comprising a micro- pulse electrochemical signal injection circuit that applies controlled electrical stimulation to battery cells during normal operation without interrupting energy delivery and a precision analog front-end sensing module and ADC capture to digitize transient voltage and current responses, comprising embedded processing unit extracts multi-domain electrochemical features from these responses, fusing them into a structured battery health vector. An on-device machine learning engine evaluates this vector to estimate degradation probability and failure risk; further, comprising an autonomous reconfiguration control module directly actuates a solid-state switching matrix to dynamically modify the battery pack topology, isolating degrading cells and redistributing electrical loads. A hardware security module cryptographically signs the health vector, securing it to a unique device identity. [FIG. 1] FIG. 1
