Abstract: A method for controlling state evolution of a real-time non-fungible token includes collecting real-time evidence from IoT sensors, cameras, or system logs associated with a digital asset, pre-processing and normalizing the collected evidence and generating a bounded fixed-length feature vector, and committing the feature vector using a cryptographic commitment. The method includes validating a current real-time non-fungible token state transition using a VLSI-based finite-state machine, generating a hardware attestation binding a real-time non-fungible token identifier, a previous state, a next state, a policy hash, and freshness parameters, and digitally signing the attestation using a device-unique hardware root-of-trust. The method includes transmitting the signed attestation to a blockchain network, verifying the attestation on-chain including validator authorization, policy compliance, and replay protection, updating a hardened real-time non-fungible token state and storing an immutable state-transition log, and enabling secure utilization of the real-time non-fungible token.
