Abstract: A handling device for carry bags, comprising an elongated telescopically operated frame 101 installed with a pair of U-shaped members 102 positioned over shoulders of a user, plurality of C-shaped extendable units 103 configured with the frame 101 near the members 102 via plurality of L-shaped telescopically operated rods 104 for allowing the user to hand multiple carry bags, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 105 mounted on one of the members 102 for detecting height of the user, pair of plates 106 installed with the members 102 via an L-shaped telescopically operated bars 107 to extend for positioning the plates 106 around the carry bags to prevent any swinging motion of the carry bags while the user is walking.
