Abstract: ABSTRACT HANDLE ASSEMBLY FOR A DOOR OF A VEHICLE Present invention provides a handle assembly (100) for a door (12). The handle assembly (100) comprises a first device (110) for unlocking the door (12) of the vehicle. The first device (110) comprises a rod member (120) operably connected to a latch unit (22) of the door (12) and an actuating unit (130) having a flexible first band (134) and a lever member (132). When the flexible first band (134) is pulled by a user, the lever member (132) is actuated thereby displacing the rod member (120) for operating the latch unit (22) for unlocking the door (12). The handle assembly (100) further comprises a second device (140) comprising a flexible second band (160) fixedly connected to the door (12).
