Abstract: A handing device and a handing equipment are disclosed in the present application. The handling device includes a rack, an unlocking mechanism and a handling mechanism. The rack is connected to a motion device and configured for driving the rack to move. The unlocking mechanism includes an unlocking driver and a fork, the unlocking driver is connected to the rack, the fork is connected to the unlocking driver, the fork is configured to abut against the lock catch, the unlocking driver is configured to drive the fork to move to rotate the lock catch, thereby unlocking the feeder. The handling mechanism includes a handling driver and a handling member, wherein the handling driver is connected to the rack, the handling member is connected to the handling driver, and the handling driver is configured to drive the handling member to move, so that the handling member enters or exits the through groove; the motion device is configured to drive the rack to move, so that the handling member and the feeder move synchronously.
