Abstract: ABSTRACT HANDHELD PAIN RELIEF APPLICATOR WITH FREELY ROTATING SPIKY MASSAGE BALL AND ERGONOMIC HOOK GRIP A handheld pain relief applicator (100) comprising a handle assembly (10), a rotational axis assembly (20), and a ball assembly (30). The handle assembly (10) includes an elongated grip portion (14) and a hook portion (12) extending from a proximal end of the grip portion (14) at an obtuse angle, enabling the user to apply simultaneous pressing and rolling forces through a single-hand hook grip configuration. The ball assembly (30) comprises a substantially spherical ball core (34) bearing a plurality of outwardly projecting surface protrusions (32), and is connected to the handle assembly (10) via a rotational axis (22) and bearing assembly (24) that permit the ball assembly (30) to rotate freely relative to the handle assembly (10) under applied therapeutic pressure. The applicator (100) is entirely free of electrical or battery-powered components, making it lightweight, portable, and suitable for self-administered or assisted physiotherapy, sports recovery, trigger point release, and general musculoskeletal wellness applications.
