Abstract: A handheld fritters preparation assistive device comprises of a curved-shaped body 101 attached to a handle 102, designed for placement with batter to prepare fritters, a user-interface within a computing unit wirelessly connects to the device, enabling user input commands regarding fritter dimensions, after processing these commands, pneumatic plates 103 form furrows on the body 101, followed by a speaker 104 to notify the user to place batter, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 105 detects batter presence, triggering a notification to hold the body 101 over a cooking utensil, a rectangular member 106 with an L-shaped telescopic link equipped with pneumatic units 108 positions the batter, a motorized slider 109 coordinates with the link to cut and transfer fritters into a utensil and an extendable flap 110 prevents oil spillage and burns during cooking.
