Abstract: A handheld eatable cutting assistive device comprises a V-shaped fame developed with first and second plate, plurality of curved flaps 104 is arranged on end of the first plate 102 in radial manner accessed by the user to accommodate the eatable, a microphone 105 is installed in frame to allowing user to provide voice commands regarding cutting of eatables, an artificial intelligence based imaging unit to capture and process the image of frame and eatable to determine the dimensions of the eatable, based on received dimensions a hinge 107 integrated between flaps and plate is actuated to properly hold eatable, a ring-shaped member 108 installed at the second plate 103 configured with plurality of rollers 109 coiled with a string, a hinge joint installed between first and second plate 103 to provide converging/diverging movement to position the second plate 103 over the eatable for cutting operation.
