Abstract: A handheld dough strip cutting assistive device, comprises of a body 101 having a proximal and distal end, a cylindrical structure 103 incorporating a first, second circular plate and a shaft 105 connecting the plates 104 for providing structural configuration to the structure 103, a microphone 106 integrated in the body 101 for enabling the user to provide input voice commands regarding placement of a user-desired patterned ring associated with the device, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 107 is integrated in the body 101 to determine dimensions of the ring positioned in proximity to the body 101 , and an expandable pulley arrangement 108 integrated in the first plate for decreasing/increasing dimensions of the first plate, thus allowing the user to engage user-desired patterned ring in the structure 103.
