Abstract: A handheld concrete plaster levelling device, comprising a cylindrical body 101 integrated with a handle 102 developed to be accessed by a user to position body 101 in proximity to a wall layered with concrete mixture, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 103 for capturing and processing multiple images in vicinity of the body 101 to determine positioning of the wall with respect to body 101, telescopically operated rod 104 extend for positioning a motorized grinding wheel 105 on the layered mixture on wall, horizontal L-shaped bars 201 extend/retract in sync with the imaging unit 103 for positioning a rolling element 202 on the wall for providing stability the grinding wheel 105 on the wall’s surface, bracket-like structure 106 integrated with a flap 107 for collecting any mixture scraped out of the wall, a suction unit 108 extracts the collected mixture from the flap 107 and container 109 stores the mixture.
