Abstract: A hand rehabilitation assistive device, comprising a wearable member 101 including an outer stretchable textile layer 301, an intermediate reinforcement layer 302, and an inner therapeutic layer 303 to be worn by a user on the hand for rehabilitation, a hand like structure 201 with multiple articulated segments 202 via pivot joints 203, to articulate and guide finger movements, a user interface to upload the hand images and enter physiological data, a sensing unit 304 for measuring heart rate, monitoring peripheral thermal responses, and measuring tissue hydration, an explainable AI module to analyze rehabilitation progress, and generate transparent treatment reports, a pneumatic pin 307 such that upon retraction of valve stem 305 opens to dispense herbal oil for Abhyanga treatment, a plurality of vibrating units 308 to provide synchronized massaging action, and a plurality of electronic nozzles 309 connected to a steam generator 102 for dispensing controlled herbal vapor.
