Abstract: A hand-held threads refurbishment device comprises, an elongated body 101 accessed by a user for acquiring a grip over the body 101, a cylindrical member 102 is configured with the body 101 to get positioned in proximity to a working object over which the user desires to, an imaging unit 103 installed on the body 101 to generate a 3D map of the working object, a display panel 104 arranged on the body 101 for displaying the generated map accessed by user to input details regarding a portion of the working object where the user desires to refurbish threads and a holographic projection unit 105 for projecting a holographic image on the object that assists the user to move the body 101 on the user-specified portion and multiple pneumatic pins 106 arranged on the member 102 for extending to position the pins 106 in contact with the working object.
