Abstract: A hand-held cookie dough cutting assistive device comprises of an elongated body having a proximal and distal end, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 101 integrated on body for capturing and processing images of body, a telescopically operated rod 102 integrated between proximal and distal end for positioning distal end in proximity to sheet, an inverted U-shaped frame 103 having horizontal member and pair of vertical members integrated on distal end by means of telescopically operated link 104 to extend/retract for positioning member on sheet, a touch interactive display panel 105 integrated on body for enabling user to provide input specifications regarding user-desired size of cookie to be cut, a drawer arrangement integrated in flaps 107 for increasing/decreasing dimensions of flap, a motorized roller 106 arranged in between vertical members to rotate for maneuvering flaps 107 over sheet.
