Abstract: A hand embroidery assistive device, comprises of a rectangular frame 101 with plurality of telescopic legs 102 for securing the frame 101 for engaging a embroidery cloth to perform hand embroidery, an imaging unit 103 to detect dimensions of the cloth, a motorized drawer mechanism 104 to modulate dimensions of the frame 101 for fitting the cloth, plurality of motorized clamping units 105 for securing the cloth with the frame 101, a motorized hinge 106 to orient the frame 101 at an optimum angle, a microphone 107 for receiving voice commands regarding magnifying area over which stitching is being performed, a robotic link 108 to position a magnifying glass 109 to assist the user in performing hand embroidery with ease, a support flap 110 for utilizing the flap 110 as a hand rest during prolonged hand embroidery operation and a speaker 111 to guide the user regarding proper embroidery pattern.
