MUMBAI, India, Aug. 12 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611069696 A) filed by Satbir Singh; and Baljinder Kaur on June 03, 2026, for Hammer Mill System.

Inventor includes Satbir Singh.

The application for the patent was published on August 07, 2026, under issue no. 32/2026.

Abstract: A hammer mill system (1) for particle size reduction comprises a hammer mill body (5) mounted on a base frame (6) and housing a rotor assembly (11) driven by a motor (8) through a coupling assembly (7). The rotor assembly (11) includes rotor plates (62, 64a) carrying hammer rods (65) and swingably mounted hammers (66) configured to grind incoming material. A screen assembly (68) surrounds the rotor assembly (11) and is supported on support rings (16, 16a, 17, 17a, 19, 19a) and secured using a screen clamping assembly (72). The rotor plates (62, 64a) include multiple hole sets arranged on different pitch circle diameters A, B, and C configured to selectively position the hammer rods (65). Selection of the pitch circle diameter establishes a predetermined gap (T) between hammer tips (U) and the screen assembly (68) to achieve coarse, fine, or extra fine grinding with controlled particle size output and grinding uniformity (Refer FIGS. 1, 16, 20, and 39).
