Abstract: The utility patent titled "Hairtum" discloses a modern self-cleaning hairbrush that eliminates the need for manual hair removal from the bristle bed through an integrated, user-activated sliding ejector mechanism. The invention addresses six documented deficiencies of conventional hairbrushes: difficulty of cleaning, unhygienic hair accumulation, poor grooming performance, the absence of a maintenance mechanism, inconvenience of manual hair removal, and deteriorated scalp hygiene from prolonged brush contamination. Hairtum integrates three functional elements in a single unit: (1) an ergonomic ABS brush body with matte soft-touch finish and rubberized handle; (2) a nylon and silicone-tipped bristle bed for effective, scalp-safe detangling; and (3) a lid-level, rear-mounted ABS slider mechanism connected via a mechanical linkage to a flexible TPU lattice ejector plate that sweeps accumulated hair off the bristles and ejects it in a single, one-motion operation. The system requires no tools, no accessories, and no disassembly. The unit is manufactured at a per-unit material cost of Z120, with a wholesale price of Z240 and retail price of Z449.
