The formulation includes a pH modifier, such as Calcium hydroxide, to maintain an optimal alkaline environment, one or more absorbents like kaolin 10 and calcium carbonate, and a binding agent to ensure tablet cohesion. Moisturizers, such as aloe vera, provide skin hydration, while a fragrance agent enhances the user experience. The manufacturing process involves blending, grinding to a particle size range of 50 to 100 microns, and compressing at a pressure range of 0.5 to 1 ton, ensuring stability and durability. The tablet dissolves upon contact with wet 15 skin, making it ideal for on-the-go use and eliminating the mess typically associated with traditional depilatory products.
