Abstract: A guest luggage transport and handling device, comprises an open top housing 101 having an imaging unit 102 connected to a hotel reservation database to authenticate an approaching guest, a pair of hydraulic arms 103 with rubberized ends are configured to grasp luggage items and transfer into a storage unit 104 within the housing 101, a pressure sensor is integrated with each of the hydraulic arms 103 to monitor gripping force applied to luggage items, a display unit 105 enables guest interaction, room selection, and QR code-based payment processing, a GPS module operatively connected to multiple tri-wheel assemblies 106 enables autonomous movement of the housing 101 to a designated room location, an X ray sensor 107 is integrated within the storage unit 104 to scan luggage items for prohibited or hazardous objects, and a sliding tray 114 arranged within the housing 101 to slide outward to store consumables.
