Abstract: The GST Voice Billing App is a smart billing application designed to simplify and automate the process of generating GST-compliant invoices for businesses and shop owners. Traditional billing systems require manual entry of product names, quantities, prices, and GST details, which can be time-consuming and may lead to calculation errors. This project addresses these challenges by introducing a voice-based billing system along with a manual billing option. The application allows users to create bills by speaking product details such as item name, quantity, and price. The voice input is converted into text and processed by the system to generate the bill. Users can also manually enter billing information when required. The system automatically calculates the applicable GST, subtotal, and final invoice amount, reducing human errors and saving time. The application provides features such as user authentication, product management, invoice generation, invoice preview, PDF generation, printing, bill history, GST reports, and invoice sharing through digital platforms. An admin module is also provided to manage products, users, GST rates, and business reports. All billing information is securely stored in a database for future reference. The proposed system provides a fast, user-friendly, and efficient billing solution by combining voice technology with automated GST calculations. It is particularly useful for small shops, retailers, and businesses that require quick and accurate invoice generation. It is an innovative billing solution that uses voice-based interaction to make invoice generation faster, easier, and more accurate
