Abstract: A grove cutting assistive device for wall, comprising a cylindrical body 101 having a first end attached with a C-shaped handle 102 for positioning a second end in proximity to a wall to be cut with groove for electrical installation, a microphone 103 is embedded on device to provide voice command for cutting groves, a speaker 104 installed on body 101 to generate audible instructions to notify user to attach a desired sized cutter 107, a triggering unit 105 activating motor to initiate cutting, a laser projection unit 106 project virtual lines onto wall surface, a suction unit 109 housed in body 101 to extract dust generated during cutting, a waste collection tray for receiving all large sized debris, plurality of flaps 110 hinged with second end by means of motorized hinge joints to deploy flaps 110 for shielding cutter 107 for reducing risk of injury.
