Abstract: A groove cutting device, comprises an elongated cylindrical housing 101 having a telescopic arm 102 to acquire a grip onto the housing 101, circular plate 103 is attached with front end of housing 101 by ball and socket joint 104 to allow adjustment of angular orientation of cutting wheels 106, a pair of parallelly positioned motorized cutting wheels 106 mounted on sliding units 105 disposed on circular plate 103 to adjust gap between cutting wheels 106 in order to adjust width of groove cut in wall, a pair of motorized wheels 111 for smooth movement of housing 101 along wall surface, a nozzle 112 is disposed on the plate for spraying water onto the cutting wheels 106 during cutting grooves, a tactile sensor is configured on housing 101 to detect hardness of wall surface, an artificial intelligence-based imaging unit 113 integrated on housing 101 to determine material of wall.
