Abstract: ABSTRACT GRILL SHUTTER SYSTEM FOR VEHICLE AND METHOD OF OPERATION THEREOF The present invention relates to a grill shutter system (101) for a vehicle. The grill shutter system (101) includes a plurality of flaps (104) disposed adjacent to a heat exchanger (302) of a vehicle and a plurality of water channels (114) formed within each flap. Each water channel is fluidically coupled to a water storage (208), and the plurality of water channels (114) may be configured to receive water from the water storage (208) via a pump (210) connected to the water storage (208). Further, the grill shutter system (101) includes a controller (204) configured to generate an operation signal to operate the pump (210) to transmit water from the water storage (208) to each of the plurality of water channels (114) and a plurality of nozzles (116) configured to dispense water received by the water channel to at least one superheated region of the heat exchanger (302).
