Abstract: ABSTRACT GREEN SYNTHESIS OF NANOPARTICLES USING CITRUS LIMETTA PEEL EXTRACT AND APPLICATIONS THEREOF The present invention relates to a method for preparing AgFeCuO nanoparticles using domestic waste of Citrus limetta peel extract as a naturally occurring reducing, stabilizing and capping agent. The synthesized AgFeCuO nanoparticles are useful for photocatalytic degradation of synthetic organic dyes and antimicrobial applications. The invention provides an environmentally compatible synthesis method utilizing domestic citrus waste for preparation of multifunctional nanoparticles, thereby promoting waste valorization, green chemistry and sustainable nanotechnology.
