Abstract: The urgent global mandate to decarbonize the construction sector is driving the evolution of high-performance, cementfree binders derived from industrial and agricultural secondary resources. This research investigates a ternary precursor system comprising Fly Ash (FA), Sugarcane Bagasse Ash (SCBA), and Marble Dust (MD), synthesized into a low-carbon geopolymer concrete (GPC) through a minimized alkaline activation strategy. By reducing activator dosages, this inquiry demonstrates a dedicated commitment to Green Chemistry and the mitigation of the chemical footprint typically associated with geopolymer production. The research targets M30 grade performance by identifying an optimized binder combination through a data-driven material optimization approach. The high amorphous silica content of SCBA facilitates robust geopolymerization, while the crystalline Marble Dust functions as a micro-filler, optimizing the particle packing density and refining the pore structure of the hardened matrix. This evaluation extends beyond mechanical assessment to provide a comprehensive analysis of hardened concrete features, including compressive, flexural, and split tensile strengths, alongside durability indicators such as water absorption and Rapid Chloride Permeability (RCPT). The optimized GPC mix achieved a 28-day compressive strength of 35.8 MPa, comfortably exceeding the design target, with a flexural strength of 4.9 MPa and a split tensile strength of 3.5 MPa. These superior mechanical properties are attributed to the interfacial transition zone (ITZ) enhancement provided by the Marble Dust and the rapid formation of a cohesive alumino-silicate gel framework. Durability assessments revealed a highly impermeable microstructure, characterized by water absorption under 3.8% and a "Very Low" chloride ion penetrability, significantly outclassing conventional M30 grade concrete. These findings establish this GPC formulation as a robust, cost-effective, and ecologically responsible solution that fully aligns with Circular Economy principles in modern sustainable construction.
