The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: The current invention introduces an advanced computer-based system designed to create an efficient hiring process by using a graphical user interface (GUI) that incorporates artificial intelligence in the candidate selection process as well as real-time data visualization techniques. This system has many components, but the core one is its matching engine, which uses AI technologies to process coded and undecoded personal information about candidates through natural language processing and other methods. The engine can evaluate a candidate and calculate their chances of a particular job. In addition to the matching engine, the system has a special dashboard that helps users get information about candidates using charts, heat maps, ranking tables, etc. Another element of the system is the recruitment analysis module, which generates predictions about the success of the recruiting process and the time to fill the required vacancy. The GUI can filter the data, compare candidates, and analyze it deeply. Overall, the present invention allows an organization to use state-of-the-art recruitment technologies today.
