Abstract: The present invention relates to dashboard ventilation louvers manufactured using a graphene- reinforced polycarbonate composite material. Conventional air-vent grilles made from ABS or standard polycarbonate often suffer from dimensional instability, surface wear, and heat deformation due to continuous exposure to sunlight, cabin temperature variations, and frequent manual adjustment. The proposed invention utilizes a graphene-enhanced PC composite that provides superior scratch resistance, higher thermal tolerance, and improved rigidity, ensuring the louvers maintain their shape and smooth rotational movement over extended use. The graphene reinforcement significantly increases surface hardness and reduces material fatigue, thereby preventing warping, cracking, and cosmetic degradation. By combining advanced composite material performance with optimized vent geometry, the invention delivers a long-lasting, heat- resistant, and aesthetically durable air-vent grille suitable for modem automotive interior ventilation systems.
