Abstract: GRAPH-BASED MODELS WITH VIDEO NODES An overlay system (202) is provided that includes a storage element and processing circuitry coupled thereto. The storage element stores an executable graph-based model having a plurality of video action overlay nodes. The processing circuitry receives a stimulus associated with a node creation operation in the executable graph-based model to represent a first video of an external system. The processing circuitry identifies, based on the stimulus, a first video action overlay node of the plurality of video action overlay nodes. The processing circuitry retrieves, using the first video action overlay node, a first plurality of image configurations of a first plurality of image frames of the first video from the external system. The processing circuitry generates, in response to the stimulus, a first video node, in the executable graph-based model, representing the video based on the first plurality of image configurations of the first plurality of image frames.
