MUMBAI, India, Sept. 14 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202641105944 A) filed by Sri Eshwar College Of Engineering on September 02, 2026, for Graph-Based Intelligent Framework For Monitoring, Optimization And Safety Management In Nuclear Power Stations.

Inventors include Dr. R. Hemalatha; Dr. K. Sakkaravarthi; Dr. K. Sivaranjani; and Dr. R. Sree Parimala.

The application for the patent was published on September 11, 2026, under issue no. 37/2026.

Abstract: FIGURE OF ABSTRACT GRAPH-BASED INTELLIGENT FRAMEWORK FOR MONITORING, OPTIMIZATION AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT IN NUCLEAR POWER STATIONS A computer-implemented Graph-Based Nuclear Plant Intelligence System is disclosed for monitoring, fault prediction, maintenance optimization, cybersecurity, and emergency safety management in nuclear power stations. The system represents plant components and interconnections as a dynamic weighted graph updated in real time using sensor data including temperature, pressure, coolant flow, radiation, reliability, and failure probability. Graph algorithms, including traversal, shortest path, maximum flow, centrality, community detection, clustering, spectral analysis, graph neural networks, and probabilistic models, are used to identify critical components, trace fault propagation, optimize coolant routing, detect anomalies and cyber threats, and support predictive maintenance and emergency response. In some embodiments, the system is integrated with a digital twin to improve operational decision-making, reliability, and safety.
