Abstract: A granite slab cutting assistive device, comprises of a platform 101 with multiple suction units 102 for securing the platform 101 with a surface, a touch interactive display panel 103 for providing input commands regarding requirement of assistance in cutting of granite, an imaging unit 104 to detect presence of a granite slab in proximity to the platform 101 for positioning the granite slab underneath the cutting bade for cutting of the granite slab into user-specified dimensions, a motorized hinge joint 105 for providing movement to an inverted L-shaped telescopic bar 106 to position a cuboidal member 107 over cutting blade of the granite cutting setup, a LiDAR sensor for detecting dimension and exact positioning of the blade, a pair of robotic grippers 108 for gripping lateral sides of the granite slab present in proximity.
