Abstract: The present invention provides a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet having magnetic characteristics with which it is possible to sufficiently suppress the building factor. This grain-oriented electrical steel sheet sequentially has an underlayer film and an insulating film on the surface of a base steel sheet that contains at least 0.0001-0.0200% of La, wherein the amount of Ti in the steel sheet is set to 0.0050-0.1500%, and the ratio R17 of Wh17 to W17/50 and the ratio R18 of Wh18 to W18/50 satisfy R18/R17 = 1.50.
