Abstract: This paper presents the design and implementation of an Internet of Things (loT)-based Smart Grain Dispenser for automated grain storage management and precision dispensing. The proposed system integrates a load cell sensor for real-time weight measurement, a microcontroller unit (ESP32) for processing and control, and a motor-driven valve mechanism for accurate portion delivery. The device utilizes Wi-Fl communication to transmit grain level data to a cloud platform, enabling remote monitoring and control through a mobile application interface. The system supports predefined quantity selection, automated scheduling, and threshold-based low-stock alert notifications. An airtight, food-grade storage chamber ensures hygiene and prevents contamination, while embedded safety mechanisms such as overload protection and regulated power supply enhance operational reliability. Experimental validation demonstrates improved dispensing accuracy, reduced material wastage, and enhanced user convenience compared to conventional manual systems. The integration of embedded sensing, wireless communication, and cloud-based data logging provides an efficient and scalable solution for smart kitchens, retail outlets, and agricultural storage facilities. The proposed architecture offers a cost-effective, user-friendly, and intelligent approach to automated grain inventory management. This invention introduces a sensorintegrated IoT Grain Dispenser designed to enhance storage efficiency and prevent spoilage. The system incorporates humidity and temperature sensors to monitor environmental conditions inside the storage container, ensuring optimal grain preservation. An automated screw-based dispensing mechanism provides uniform flow control and prevents clogging. The embedded micro-controller processes sensor data and uploads it to a cloud server for analytics and predictive refill estimation. Users receive real- time notifications regarding abnormal moisture levels, potential spoilage risks, and refill requirements through a mobile interface. The solution promotes smart inventory planning, food safety, and sustainable grain management practices
