The top layer (102) includes M20 grade concrete, where the M20 grade concrete includes Portland Pozzolana Cement. The bottom layer (104) and the top layer (102) are arranged in a layered configuration. An interfacial transition zone (106) may be disposed between the bottom layer (104) and the top layer (102).
