Abstract: ABSTRACT [0011] Accessing government and private services often begins with filling application forms. However, many people, especially senior citizens, individuals with limited literacy, and those living in rural areas, find this process difficult and confusing. They frequently depend on others to complete forms, which can result in delays, errors, additional costs, and concerns about the privacy of their personal information. Although many services have become digital, existing online portals are often complex and not designed for users with limited technical knowledge. proposed system focuses on accessibility, reliability, and ease of use by providing an intuitive interface with image-based service selection, verified service providers, secure user authentication, and digital document delivery. The platform aims to bridge the gap between citizens and essential services by making professional form-filling assistance available through a smartphone. Future enhancements include AI-powered automatic form filling, Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for extracting information from uploaded documents, multilingual voice input in Telugu, Hindi, and English, live chat support, online payment integration, digital signature functionality, document verification, and real-time application status tracking. These features will further improve user convenience and enhance the overall efficiency of the system.
