Abstract: The proposed project is known as Google Drive File Management Using WhatsApp Bot, which offers a revolutionary method of managing files stored in cloud platforms through the widely popularized WhatsApp application, which is one of the most common communication platforms. The goal of this project is to allow users to upload, download, organize, share, delete, and do other actions regarding files within Google Drive using text commands that they send to a chatbot via WhatsApp. In addition, the proposed solution utilizes APIs and automation tools to process messages received from the user and execute the necessary actions related to file management in real time. To ensure security and confidentiality, this system uses authentication mechanisms and encryption technologies, providing users with a convenient way of interacting with cloud data without having advanced technical skills. This project has numerous advantages, including improved security, enhanced convenience, and increased efficiency of cloud file management, which makes it an important contribution to the field of IT development. Apart from the basic functionality provided by the system, there are plans to develop further features such as compatibility with more cloud-based platforms, like Dropbox or OneDrive, in addition to the current Google Drive. Also, there are possibilities for extending this system to work with multimedia files as well as improve its search feature. This chatbot uses a modular system that allows different processes to be done separately and independently from each other without affecting their performance. Performance improvement can also be attained in the form of minimal time consumption per transaction as well as dealing with several users at once. As regards the user experience, there will be specific command sequences to follow for easier and more enjoyable communication.
