Abstract: The present invention discloses a herbal nutraceutical composition formulated from chickpea flour, ragi, clarified butter, gulkand, dates, sesame seeds, walnuts, raisins, almonds, flax seeds, and jaggery in defined ratios to deliver balanced nutrition and functional health benefits. The composition is gluten-free, energy-dense, and enriched with proteins, dietary fiber, healthy fats, minerals, and antioxidants. It provides sustained energy release, supports cardiovascular and brain health through omega-3 fatty acids, enhances bone strength with calcium-rich ingredients, and promotes digestive wellness via fiber and Ayurvedic gulkand. Analytical evaluation confirmed high antioxidant activity ( 95% DPPH scavenging), moderate protein content (12%), and strong mineral presence (ash content 3.72%), while sensory analysis demonstrated excellent acceptability in taste, texture, and aroma. The formulation avoids refined sugar spikes by using natural sweeteners such as dates and jaggery, ensuring suitability for diabetic-friendly diets. Designed as a functional food and nutraceutical, the composition offers holistic wellness, combining traditional Ayurvedic principles with modern nutrition science. It is suitable for daily consumption, pre/post-workout energy, and as a sustainable alternative to synthetic supplements, thereby contributing to indigenous innovation and health-focused dietary solutions.
