The application for the patent was published on October 02, 2026, under issue no. 40/2026.

Abstract: “GLASS FIBER REINFORCED POLY(1-METHYLETHYLENE) HOMOPOLYMER MATERIAL COMPOSITION, METHOD FOR PREPARATION OF SAME AND ITS APPLICATION THEREOF” with significantly enhanced mechanical strength, thermal stability, dimensional stability and transparency. The composition consists of a. 60-92 parts of poly(1-methylethylene) homopolymer resin; b. 5-30 parts of glass fiber; c. 1-5 parts of compatibilizer; and d. 1-5 parts of silicon-based light transmitting agent. The refractive index of the glass fiber is 1.50-1.54. The compatibilizer is a poly(1-methylethylene) Furan-2, 5-dione additive. The mass content of Furan-2, 5-dione is 2%. The manufacturing process involves controlled extrusion using a twin-screw extruder, ensuring optimal fiber integration and uniform distribution. The material is particularly suited for applications in household appliances, automotive components, consumer electronics and industrial machinery. Its superior dimensional stability, high mechanical strength, and thermal resistance make it an ideal replacement for conventional polymers in precision engineering applications.
