Abstract: The present invention relates to glass fiber reinforced pellets, a method to produce the same, and a reinforced article obtained from the pellets. The Glass fiber reinforced pellets comprising a core that extends in the axial direction of the pellet and a polymer sheath intimately surrounding said core, wherein: said core comprises a plurality of glass fiber filaments; said polymer sheath is substantially free of said filaments; said polymer sheath comprises or consists of: a first polypropylene with an ash content of 100ppm or less, and a melt flow index (MFI1) of 31-60 dg/min, as well as a second polypropylene with an ash content of 200-6000 ppm, and a melt flow index (MFI2) of 10-30 dg/min, the ash content is tested according to ISO 3451, and the melt flow index is tested according to ISO 1133 at 230 °C and 2.16 kg.
