Abstract: GEOPOLYMER BRICKS PREPARED USING RICE HUSK ASH, CORN COB ASH AND COW DUNG ASH The present invention relates to sustainable geopolymer bricks prepared using rice husk ash, corn cob ash, and cow dung ash as geopolymeric precursor materials. The precursor materials are activated using sodium hydroxide and sodium silicate solution to form a geopolymeric aluminosilicate matrix. The composition comprises optimized proportions of agro-industrial wastes and alkaline activators to produce cement-free geopolymer bricks exhibiting compressive strength up to approximately 16 MPa, low porosity, reduced water absorption, and improved acid resistance. The manufacturing process involves mixing, molding, oven curing, and ambient curing without kiln firing. The invention promotes utilization of agro-industrial waste materials, reduces carbon emissions, and provides environmentally sustainable construction materials suitable for masonry applications.
