MUMBAI, India, Sept. 28 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202631110961 A) filed by Newmatch Electricals Private Limited on September 16, 2026, for Geometry-Parameterized Injection-Moulded Tamper-Evident Security Seal Applicant: Newmatch Electricals Private Limited.
Inventor includes Gourav Gupta.
The application for the patent was published on September 25, 2026, under issue no. 39/2026.
Abstract: ABSTRACT GEOMETRY-PARAMETERIZED INJECTION-MOULDED TAMPER-EVIDENT SECURITY SEAL An injection-moulded tamper-evident security seal (100) comprises an elongated body housing (101) having successive three-dimensional body-profile units (104, 105) integrally formed along a longitudinal body axis (102), wherein dimensional and orientation parameters of successive body-profile units are spatially varied to define a progressively varying three-dimensional configuration. A progressive hybrid transition region (116) integrally connects the body-profile units with a locking-anchor region (117) comprising successive locking- prong tiers (118). Each locking-prong tier comprises a hybrid geometric unit (119) having an elliptical root region (120) continuously transitioning into a converging tapered region (121) terminating at a distal locking tip (122), with geometric parameters of successive tiers being spatially varied. The body-profile units, transition region and graded locking-prong tiers form a continuous three-dimensional moulded structure. A flexible tensile wire (128) includes an overmoulded wire-core portion (129) embedded in the body housing and an exterior portion (130) engageable with the lockingprong tiers. Reference
