Abstract: ABSTRACT GEO-FENCED MULTI PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE DISPATCH DEVICE discloses a processor-controlled assistance dispatch device (100) comprising a positioning module (102), user interface (104), sensor module (106), communication module (108), processor (110), memory (112), geo-fence manager (114), professional matching and dispatch module (116), alert and notification module (118), monitoring and tracking module (120), and data storage module (122). The positioning module (102) determines geographical coordinates of an assistance request, and the geo-fence manager (114) generates a geographical boundary around the coordinates. The professional matching and dispatch module (116) identifies and selects one or more suitable professionals according to professional category, geographical position, availability and response parameters. The geo-fence may be dynamically expanded when an eligible professional is unavailable. Multiple professional categories may be simultaneously dispatched for a common assistance event. The monitoring and tracking module (120) tracks dispatched professionals and facilitates reassignment upon non-response or delayed response, thereby providing location-aware, coordinated and dynamic professional assistance dispatch.
