The framework combines LLM, NLP and RAG to gather, process and generate technical information. It smartly structures content with a standardized report structure, making it clear, consistent and relevant to the domain. Multi-modal input (text, table, image, sensor data, etc) to create detailed documentation. Automation to validate factual correctness, consistency and AI-generated errors. Human in the loop review allows for user to fine- tune and publish the reports. This framework can greatly help to cut back on report preparation time, decrease manual work and enhance record keeping. It can be used in engineering, scientific research, medical, manufacturing and industrial reporting. The invention offers scalable, reliable and intelligent solution to next generation of automated technical documentation.
