MUMBAI, India, July 24 -- Intellectual Property India has published a patent application (202611002331 A) filed by Comviva Technologies Limited on January 08, 2026, for Generative Artificial-Intelligence Based Cloud-Native Customer Experience (cx) Builder System And Method Thereof.
Inventor includes Verma, Gaurav.
The application for the patent was published on July 17, 2026, under issue no. 29/2026.
Abstract: A cloud-native customer experience (CX) Builder system and method are disclosed for autonomous generation and optimisation of CX applications. The system receives natural-language prompts defining customer journeys, compliance constraints, and scale expectations, and generates user experience screens, workflows, application logic, and infrastructure descriptors. An Agentic AI Orchestration Layer comprising cooperating artificial intelligence agents autonomously performs code generation, testing, security validation, deployment, and runtime operation of the CX applications. Containerized APIs are deployed on container orchestration infrastructure governed by declarative autoscaling policies. A CX Data Agent continuously collects infrastructure key performance indicators (KPIs) and consumer experience KPIs and correlates the KPIs to identify experience degradation patterns. Based on the correlation, the system autonomously triggers corrective actions to modify infrastructure behaviour, API execution, or configuration parameters without modifying application source code, thereby enabling continuous closed-loop optimisation of deployed CX applications.
