In operation, the controller (106) may obtain the user-related data from the one or more sensors (104) based on which an integrated user profile may be generated. The controller (106) may then generate one or more personalized caffeine consumption recommendations including at least one of a caffeine intake timing recommendation, a caffeine intake dosage recommendation, and a caffeine intake window recommendation. The controller (106) may then further monitor one or more user conditions associated with the user.
