Inventors include Mr Rajiv Sharma; Mr. Nirlep Singh Rai; and Mr. Arashdeep Singh.

The application for the patent was published on July 24, 2026, under issue no. 30/2026.

Abstract: A smart network for decentralized agro-residue to green hydrogen and allied product generation plants is disclosed. The invention integrates real-time monitoring, self- diagnosis, and auto-troubleshooting across the complete process chain. Each process unit is instrumented with sensors to acquire decision variables and is connected via a local area network to a computerized control system, while multiple decentralized plants are further interconnected to a centralized monitoring location through a wide area network using industrial communication protocols. The proposed smart network continuously evaluates key performance indicators against predefined thresholds. Upon detection of deviations, the system automatically performs self-diagnosis and dynamically adjusts operating parameters through embedded control algorithms trained across diverse feedstocks and operating conditions to get back the desired process performance. The invention thereby enables autonomous feed agnostic operation, predictive issue resolution, reduced manual intervention, improved reliability and uptime, and lower operational and maintenance costs, facilitating scalable and efficient green hydrogen and allied products generation from agro-residues.
