Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of vehicle accessories. Provided are a hybrid power transmission system and a vehicle. The hybrid power transmission system comprises an engine (1), first electric motors (2), a second electric motor (3), first clutches (4), a transmission mechanism (5) and an output shaft (6), wherein an output shaft of the engine (1) and output shafts of the first electric motors (2) are coaxial and are drivingly connected by means of the first clutches (4); the output shafts of the first electric motors (2) and an output shaft of the second electric motor (3) are both connected to the output shaft (6) by means of the transmission mechanism (5), and the transmission mechanism (5) is configured to drivingly connect the output shaft (6) to the engine (1), and/or to the first electric motors (2), and/or to the second electric motor (3); and the output shaft (6) is configured to be drivingly connected to wheels (100). In this way, it is not necessary to arrange a pair of gears between the engine (1) and the first electric motors (2) to realize driving connection, thereby reducing the volume of the hybrid power transmission system.
