Abstract: The present invention provides a gear shifting control method, a gear shifting control device and a gear shifting control system for a hybrid power system, and the hybrid power system. The gear shifting control method comprises the following steps: a disengagement control step, in which a clutch is controlled to be fully disengaged, and a transmission is controlled to exit the initial gear; a synchronous speed regulation step, in which an electric motor is controlled to regulate the speed so that a target gearwheel of the transmission can be matched with the speed of the corresponding synchronous meshing mechanism; an engagement control step, in which the transmission is controlled to carry out an engagement of a target gear; and a clutch engagement step, in which the electric motor and an engine are controlled so as to allow the speed of the electric motor to be matched with the speed of the engine, after which the clutch is controlled to be fully engaged. In this way, speed regulation via the electric motor allows the target gearwheel to be synchronized with the speed of corresponding synchronous meshing mechanisms, so that the wear or damage of synchronous meshing mechanisms resulting from the rotational inertia of the electric motor is avoided; in addition, speed regulation via the electric motor allows to reduce the time for speed synchronization, and accordingly to reduce the time for gear shifting.
