Abstract: A GC-MS characterized herbal nutraceutical powder composition and associated solvent-free manufacturing process combine Bombax ceiba fruit matrices with synergistic digestive spices and natural mineral salts to support gastrointestinal wellness, improve digestion, and regulate metabolic functions naturally. The uniform, free-flowing organic composition comprises 10 g of pulverized Bombax ceiba fruit powder as the core bioactive driver, balanced with 25 g of roasted cumin (Cuminum cyminum), 15 g of ajwain (Trachyspermum ammi), 10 g of black pepper (Piper nigrum), 15 g of amchur (Mangifera indica), 10 g of tamarind (Tamarindus indica), 3 g of black salt, and 2 g of sea salt per 100 g of total formulation mass. The clean preparation method involves washing raw materials with potable water, low-temperature shade or sun drying to prevent microbial growth, mechanical grinding, and sifting through a specialized 60–80 mesh sieve to ensure consistent particle size prior to homogeneous dry blending.
