Upon detecting a destructive wavefront threshold, an actuation intercept gate (120) physically interrupts power to an emergency valve solenoid (126), enforcing an un-hackable, mechanical fail-safe trip that overrides external software network commands. An outbound hardware data diode module (406, 414) provides unidirectional telemetry to SCADA systems while preventing cyber-intrusion.
