The machine 100 comprises a hoist assembly 102 with a scissor lift 106 actuated by a winch drum and sling belt 800 driven by a lifting motor 600, a clamp assembly 104 with fingers sliding on LM guides and actuated by a chain and sprocket drive 404, and bottom support fingers 408 for secure engagement of the bin 114. A horizontal transfer mechanism moves the hoist assembly 102 along dual V guide and flat guide rails via a rack and pinion 606, ensuring precise alignment. A tilting mechanism 700 with a dual spline shaft driven by a tilting motor 402 provides balanced torque to both clamps 300 for tilting the bin 114, while a serrated plate 704 with proximity sensor delivers angular feedback and end limit sensors prevent over rotation.
